NewsVentilation system for welding stations for Huta Stalowa Wola S.A.

BART made a ventilation system for welding stations at self-propelled howitzer tower. 
Due to the dimensions of the welded structure and the spatial structure, it was not possible to use other methods of capture of welding fume. The designed push-pull system, by using the displacement method, ventilates the full space of the welding shop. The dust extraction system includes two areas of work. This area has two suction pipes fitted with grilles and suspended from the ceiling; dusty air is fed to the filter unit and, after cleaning, the fan channels it into the hall through a pipeline equipped with displacement ventilators.  The ventilators are located over the floor, at a height of about 1.5 to 2.0 m
